Privacy
What we collect
Your account email and name, your business profile details, any links you choose to publish (Skool, website, social), whether you own a Pod, invitation state for your Pod guests, and counts of visits and clicks on public pages.
Why we collect it
To show your business to visitors, to verify membership by hand, to keep private Pod material limited to approved guests, and to show you how many people saw your pages.
What is public
Published profiles and published Pods, including the business details, links and offers you choose to publish. Members-only resources, guest lists and private lounge messages are not public.
What we never do
We do not sell your data. We do not claim a visit or a click is a customer or a sale. We do not publish members-only material or private messages.
Your choices
You can ask to correct or delete your data, or ask a privacy question, using the contact form. Requests are reviewed and actioned by the administrator.
